Rehab Services Unlimited, Inc. has been in operation since July 2003. It is a family owned and operated business. We draw clients from across the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
The owner and chief therapist is Karen L. Cook, MA, OTR. Karen received her bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Ohio State University in 1977 and her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. Karen completed an intensive eight-week certification course in pediatric neuro-developmental therapy (NDT) in 1995.
Karen has over thirty years of clinical experience in pediatric occupational therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings including public schools, private clinics, and hospitals.
