In-Network

Rehab Services is in-network for three insurance plans: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United HealthCare, and Cigna. We will file claims for therapy services provided to our clients with these insurance companies and accept payment from these companies.

Out-of-Network

For those clients who have insurance with other companies, we routinely file insurance claims on an out-of-network basis, and work with the client and insurance company to obtain timely payment of therapy services. Please call the office and speak with our office manager if you have questions on insurance reimbursement.
